For safety reasons head lights should always be adjusted by a professional as After Market headlights are supplied with factory test alignment settings. Whilst you can achieve a basic setting by eye, specialised equipment may be needed to be sure that the lights are set correctly and legally for MOT purposes. These headlights can be fitted by most people, but may sometimes require some level of technical knowledge.
