Personal Identity (Car Styling) Ltd warrants the first end user of PI lowered sports springs for a period of 3 years against defects in material from the date of purchase.

The company's liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from defects in the product or any other cause shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in respect or in relation to which such loss or damage is claimed.
The warranty shall not apply to:
1) Springs that have been altered or repaired.
2) Springs that have been subjected to excessive loads.
3) Springs that have been used in motor sport or off road.
4) Springs showing non structural defects in deterioration of the surface finish.
5) Springs having been damaged as a result of an accident.
6) Springs having been subjected to incorrect use or installation.
7) Springs only exhibiting normal wear & tear.

Personal Identity have been established for about 20 years. Initially specialising in the supply and installation of aftermarket products to the general public, including Body Kits, Alloy Wheels, Suspension and In-Car Entertainment. Our range has been continually expanding until reaching today's situation where Pi are proud to be the UK's leading supplier, offering the most comprehensive range from stock in the UK with applications covering more than 95% of cars up to 15 years old. In addition to our Lowered Sports Springs programme we are also the exclusive UK distributor for a leading European Rear Spoiler manufacturer, we have the most comprehensive range available from stock in the UK today with continued developments for new vehicles as they are launched. Our Full Suspension Kit range comprises of Lowered Sports Springs together with a range of quality upgraded gas dampers. As with the Lowered Sports Springs and Rear Spoiler programmes this range is available from stock with applications for all popular makes and models.

Manufacturing Standards.

TÜV (Technischer Uberwachungs Verein)

Technical Monitoring Association in English. It is a German organisation that works to validate the safety of consumer products. The TÜV organization carries out very stringent tests to make sure that the products tested have perfect fitment and meet exceptionally high safety standards. All Rieger Tuning products for example, are tested by the TÜV and come with their certification. The TÜV also provides registration to various standards such as ISO.

ISO (International Organization for Standardisation)

ISO is an international standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organisations. They, like TÜV also validate the safety of consumer products.
