If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days for a returns authorisation number. Your goods will need to be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and your reason for return. Providing that goods are returned undamaged and in a resale-able condition in unopened original packaging, we will exchange the goods or refund your money. Handling charges may have to be levied in cases where goods have been specially ordered and then returned. Specially ordered goods and goods made to customers requirements cannot be accepted back for a refund unless they are supplied incorrectly by us or arrive damaged.
To help us deal with your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, you MUST give us prior notice by email or telephone.
In circumstances where goods are too heavy or bulky for you to return, you may need to use a Courier service to collect the package from your home or business address.

Unauthorised returns without a returns number will not be accepted or credited.
Please inform us of any goods arriving damaged within 48 hours of receipt. This is necessary for us to make a claim with our couriers or our suppliers couriers.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund delivery costs incurred unless goods have been supplied incorrectly or goods have arrived to you damaged. This applies to carriage to the customer and the return to us or our suppliers. In cases where we have given free delivery we reserve the right to apply a handling charge to cover delivery, packing and handling costs.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.You do not need to create an account to buy from us unless you would like to be able to log in and view your orders or leave feedback on a product etc..
We accept credit and debit card payments and also PayPal (Paypal Verified account holders only). Payments from non verified PayPal accounts are rejected and refunded.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Solo and Maestro through the HSBC Bank via the SagePay (was Protx) Secure payment gateway.
Shipping and Handling
We use various delivery methods/companies. Most goods are shipped on a 48 hour delivery service. Small items are sent via 1st class Royal Mail Recorded.
Please note that some items will be sent direct from manufacturers or wholesalers. We will deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We take card fraud very seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. It is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the Financial Institutions and the UK Police for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders. Suspicious orders on our site are checked with The Third Man and Early Warning system and fraudulent orders are held in the national database.
Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants refusing to sell products to those with free email services, or different bill-to addresses.
