Customer Satisfaction
1. At Body Kit Limited we are dedicated to retailing the highest quality goods at discounted prices. Our aim is your total satisfaction, and we advise our customers to choose carefully. However, if you purchase a standard product from us and are not satisfied please contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery for return authorisation, stating your order number, name, delivery address and reason for return. For security reasons we can only issue refunds to the original payment source.
Please do not return goods without authorization, we may not issue a refund.
2. Once authorized, and to help us deal with your refund or exchange as quickly as possible; your goods will need to be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
3. Provided that goods are returned undamaged and saleable in unopened, original packaging, we will refund the goods purchase price. We regret that shipping charges cannot be refunded, and where we arrange a courier collection on your behalf, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
4. Where goods have been 'specially ordered' and then returned, we may levy a handling charge of up to 25%. ‘Specially ordered' means goods which are not normally held as stock by us or our supplier, or goods specially made to customer requirements. These items cannot be accepted for refund except where incorrect goods are supplied by us, or where they arrive damaged. Where goods are collected by or returned directly to a third party supplier, we must reflect their return handling charges (maximum 30%) in any refund. We can only return shipping charges on advice from the supplier, and in some cases may be required to deduct further shipping chages from a refund.
5. Where goods are too heavy or bulky for you to return using the Royal Mail postal service, you may need a Courier to collect the package.
6, Where we agree to accept goods for return please ask for a return address - Do not send them to our Registered Office Address, they will not be accepted.

Return of faulty or damaged goods.
1. Unauthorised return of damaged or faulty goods will not be accepted or credited.
2. Please inform us of any goods that arrive faulty or damaged within 48 hours of receipt. This is necessary for us to make a claim with our couriers or our supplier’s couriers.
3. We cannot refund original delivery costs except where incorrect goods are supplied, or where goods are damaged in transit. This applies to carriage to the customer and the return to us or our suppliers.
4. In cases where we have given free delivery we reserve the right to apply a handling charge to cover delivery, packing and handling costs.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web site, when you find items that you want to buy, click ‘add to basket’ and the item is added to your shopping cart. If you want to continue browsing, click ‘continue shopping’. When you have made your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You don’t need to create an account to buy from us unless you would like to be able to log in and view your orders or leave feedback, get details of exclusive offers etc.
We accept all the major credit and debit cards and process them using the PayPal Pro Secure Payment Gateway, as well as PayPal Express (verified account holders only).
Fitting our Products.
The correct fitting of some or all of our products may require a moderate degree of expertise. If you are not suitably competent you should have the products fitted by a reputable Garage or Car Body Shop. Where appropriate, all of our products are supplied with fitting instructions.
Body Kit Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, caused by poor or incompetent fitting or the misuse of our products.
Shipping and Handling
We use various delivery methods/companies. Most goods are shipped on a 48 hour delivery service. Small items from stock are sent Royal Mail first class.
Please note that some items will be sent direct from manufacturers or wholesalers. We will deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Stock availabity
If your goods are not in stock, or there is likely to be a significant delay, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone, and offer you the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We cannot absolutely guarantee the timely supply of any goods, where the delay is beyond our control.
Security
If you have a question about security on our web site, please read our Privacy Policy Statement or contact us by e-mail, post or telephone.
Fraud Policy
We take card fraud very seriously, and for security purposes our payment system logs I.P addresses. We will use independent Credit, Identity & Address Verification Services, where necessary to assess transactions. We will always pass on any information used fraudulently, to any official agencies in the pursuit of those involved in card fraud.
