2. Returns.
If you purchase a standard product from us and are not satisfied please contact us by e-mail, no more than 7 days from delivery for return authorization, stating your order number, name, delivery address and reason for return. For security reasons we can only issue refunds to the original payment source.
Once authorized, and to help us deal with your refund or exchange as quickly as possible; your goods will need to be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Provided that goods are returned undamaged and sale-able in unopened, original packaging, we will refund the full price within 30 days.
Where goods have been specially made or customised, we cannot normally accept them for return, however, at our sole discretion we may offer to accept those goods for return, but reserve the right to raise handling or re-stocking fee of up to 30%.
Where goods arrive damaged or faulty, you should notify us by telephone or e-mail within 24 hours .
We act as Agents in the sale of certain products on our Website, and those items are supplied direct to our Customers by a Third Party supplier or Manufacturer. Where such products are returned, we must act in accordance with advice given by the Supplier or Manufacturer and the amount or nature of a subsequent refund may reflect their Returns Policy. We can normally only return shipping charges on advice from the supplier, and in some cases may be required to deduct further shipping charges from a refund.
Where goods are too heavy or bulky for you to return using the Royal Mail postal service, you may need a Courier to collect the package.

All orders are carefully inspected by trained staff before leaving. On arrival, please inspect your goods carefully before signing for them, and inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, by phone or e-mail.

The correct fitting of some or all of our products may require a moderate degree of expertise.
If you are not suitably competent you should have the products fitted by a reputable Garage or Car Body Shop. Where appropriate, all of our products are supplied with fitting instructions.
Lighting products should be professionally fitted and mounted on your vehicle in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act .
Body Kit Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever caused by poor or incompetent fitting or the misuse of our products.

We use various delivery methods and companies. Most goods are shipped on a 24-48 hour delivery service. Small items are normally sent by Royal Mail first class.
Please note that some items will be sent direct from manufacturers or wholesalers, who will use their own couriers.

Stock availability
